Jamie Collier is a DPhil Candidate in Cyber Security at Oxford’s Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security. His research focuses on how cybersecurity represents a departure from state-provided security paradigms where he examines the alternative models of security provision that exist and their implications. Jamie also has an interest in cybersecurity strategy, cyber crisis management and cybercrime. Within the Department of Politics and International Relations, Jamie participates in the work of the Cyber Studies Programme as a Research Affiliate.
Jamie has recently spent time at MIT as a Fulbright Scholar and works with Oxford Analytica as an expert contributor for cybersecurity issues. He has previous work experience with the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence and PwC India.
